Favorite old school attraction that still we cant live without...

what is that one attraction that we cannot bear to see leave WDW ever...? it could be a ride like it's a small world, or a show like the Country Bear Jamboree, or something from the resorts, like the monorail.

But if I had to pick, Space Mountain is home.

Had to pick Spaceship Earth, but I really miss the Jeremy Irons version. From the great narration and the wonderful descent scenes to the great musical score, it was classic. I really miss it. I do enjoy the smoothness of the audio-animatronics now, though.

I love Space Mountain, though, too Pranker.

Can there ever be a time when spaceship earth does not exist... the backlash over that would border on insanity... there are many on here that can never and will never be replaced, but it does put into perspective how timeless some of these rides are...

btw... The change in star tours is sorely needed, and i predict that it will not get many votes here...

I agree the end does not do it for me. Same with TTA i dont know why it is pitch black in Space Mountain. You see nothing.

I voted haunted mansion but I have to admit I love Carousel of Progress because even though I like the attraction I also have to confess that if at the Magic Kingdom from park opening until closing (8.30am until 1.30am once LOL) it also makes an excellent place for a short nap :)

I love the Haunted Mansion but one of my all time favorite rides was Delta Dreamflight. I could ride that over and over again and never get tired of it. I sure do miss that one.

im a fan of indiana jones and the great movie ride. apparently not too many others are though haha!

I picked Haunted Mansion. I really miss Horizons though.

Hall of Presidents...so much history and American pride. Also it always reminds me of Disney's beginnings (Abe Lincoln and the Worlds Fair)

As far as shows/attractions, I would be devastated if they ever permanently closed Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. There's just something about it, I can't even put it into words.

And I must say that I could not live without the Monorail (OK, maybe that's a tad dramatic, but you know what I mean :D) For me, the Monorail and WDW go hand in hand, and I don't even want to think of a WDW without the Monorail.

as of now it looks like sadness would be mostly over The Haunted Mansion and the TTA... keep em' coming...

Going with "the backside of water" please, Alex, for $1 million... I love the People Mover, but I couldn't live without the JC. I think it has a lot to do with good memories of my dad.

Love Haunted Mansion! This is the one attraction I remember every detail from my childhood. I remember thinking it was the coolest thing to have the ghost hitchhike a ride.
