Old pieces of Horizons in Mission: Space

Horizons was my all-time favorite ride, and I was sad to see it go. I know this post is a little old but since no one passed this little tidbit along I figured I'd pop this in here for you too. There is an area of plants in a stone shape out in front of Mission Space. If viewed from above you can see that the shape is that of the Horizon's building/logo. I was thrilled to find this out because I too am a huge Horizon's fan. I had met up with the CM managing Spaceship Earth back in August 2005 and he showed me this one.

Horizons was such a great ride. I much rather have it than what we have now.
