I got the b-day ones at Magic Kingdom & EPCOT. EPCOT's is cool. It says "Happy Birthday" in differend languages.
'Twas the Nightmare Before Christmas and all through the house,
not a creature was peaceful,
not even a mouse,
The stockings all hung by the chimney with care,
When opened that morning would cause such a scare,
The children, nestled all snug in their beds,
would have nightmares of monsters and skeleton heads.
It is so great that Disney goes the extra distance to make their guests happy. I received a B-Day button in Epcot on my 21st B-Day (Day after Hurricane Jeanne hit), and got lots of special treatment. I was supposed to have dinner with the characters the 2 nights before, and Chef Mickey's called me and said that they wouldn't be there b/c of the hurricane. Well a CM heard about my situation at the Pop Century Resort, and i was so surprised when Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto knocked on the door to my hotel room and gave me one of those B-Day cake hats, signed by all of them. I will be a Disney fan 4 life.
What a great story!

My birthday is actually coming up on the 24th of March and I plan on hopefully hitting all of the parks to get birthday buttons from each of them. I don't know if all of them are different or not. i haven't read through the rest of this thread yet. Last year I celebrated at citrocose for my birthday and that was awesome. :-) My desert had my name and happy birthday frozen onto it and the menus were personalized wishing me a happy birthday. this year I plan on going into the parks right around it to celebrate. :-)

Wishes can come true, if you believe in them with all your heart. And the best part is, you'll never run out of wishes. They're shining deep down inside of you.'Cause that my friends is where the magic lives
i was wondering if they carded you concerning the actual date or not...my bf, dd and i are going in september (our bdays are in jan feb and he shares his with walt) we cant afford to go 3 times so we picked a UN-BIRTHDAY month to do it in...maybe i'll bring little stickers with the word UN on them to put in front of birthday on the pins
after all every one has many unbirthdays a year....lol![]()
No, they don't even question you. Just tell them it's your birthday and they give you the buttom. Not that --I-- would ever do that, but I hear you can even tell them it's your birthday a day or two after when you go to another park (so you can get a park-specific button and all the niceties that go with it)
P.S. Not that DW would do it either...![]()

Didn't know there was a DD b-day button. I will ask for one 1 November. 1 November is close to 3 December, isn't it?

It's kinda funny that you can ask for the buttons anytime, even if it's not your birthday. I might do that when I go at the end of this month, even though my birthday's not till June! >=)

Yes, but if everyone starts abusing the buttons, they will have to start checking ID's, or they will do away with the buttons all together.
I guess if you got one a year, even if it wasn't on your actual birthday, that's one thing. But if you went every few weeks and asked for a button...
