Re: Cast Member Name Tags
Huh. I know my DS would just use someone else's or take one out of the box. I'll have to ask him about the Chris'.
Re: Cast Member Name Tags
I know of someone who would use one named "Gomez" because it was in the "box." Later this person said that name tag disappeared. I think it is hysterical. That's what I would go with (I don't look anything like a Gomez)
Re: Cast Member Name Tags
When we had dinner at the restaurant at the Mexico Pavillion, our waitress came over and saw her name tag which said Lupe or something( I forget the name, so lets just go with Lupe). Being friendly, I said "Hello Lupe!". She responded by saying that Lupe isnt her name and it was actually something else (like Jennifer or something). I was really suprised that she was wearing a nametag with a name other than her own. I never bothered to ask why though...
Re: Cast Member Name Tags
There are spare nametags at Costuming in case a CM forgets their own. But not all say Chris (or from Orlando).
Re: Cast Member Name Tags
It is true that many of the extra nametags say Chris from Orlando in case a CM forgets their own....but not all of them do. I know in the department that I used to work we had a few extras that said Chris, but we also had some that former CMs left behind that we were able to choose from. You'll also find some that say Pat from Orlando or other names that can apply to either gender.
Re: Cast Member Name Tags
Yes, there are spare name tags (or CMs will just wear a friend's) in case you forget yours. Usually all locations have some spares in the back for you to grab from should you forget yours.
