I was once in Washington D.C. visiting some Disney friends, around Columbus Day (an annual get together I have only attended the one time). I stayed at a hotel a ways out from the city center and used the Metro (the districts, subway and above ground rail system) to get back and forth. I was riding the metro with another Disney fan headed back out from the city center, the anoouncement came on in english asking everyone to "please stand clear of the doors", it only says it in English, well, on our car there was a woman stnding near the doors who did not comply and she looked to possibly be hispanic , so I whipped out my "Disney World Spanish" and it worked, I was so proud of myself . Since then I have learned a bit more Spanish as there are now quite a few hispanic people where I work.

Lou I have a collection of posts to the monorail society with facts I found interesting about the Mark IV monorails in it saved on my computer it is 23k of text, is that too much to post here?
