Secret Passage on TSI?
I heard about this and tried looking for it. When I was walking over a bridge in one of the caves, I saw a deep area under the bridge, is this the entrance? Anyone ever investigated this further??

Joe - There are 3 caves on TSI. Two of the caves are on the Main Island. They are the Injun Joe Cave and the Magnetic Mystery Mine. The third cave is really an escape tunnel from the Fort on the second island. (You need to cross the swinging bridge.)
I think the escape tunnel is probably the "secret passage" tunnel you are refering to. It is in the right backside corner (from the fort entrance). It is a smaller, narrower, twisting tunnel and you come out along the river outside the fort!
Hope you find it!
Have fun!

Nope, definitely not the one I mean
.
This is a secret passage that you literally have to crawl through, and it goes actually into the walls of the cave I heard, into a room that is supposed used for storage (I also heard a CM break room), there's also a lot of talk about it having to be blocked off because guests were going in.
I love the 'escape tunnel' at the fort though!!

OH! - I know what you are talking about Joe!
I believe it is in the Magnetic Mystery Mine. Near the end of the tunnel - I think it's easier to see if you go in through the exit.
I have seen it, and I tried to enter it once a couple of years ago. We were peeking in the room, heard someone coming through the cave and low and behold it was a CM! As I was trying to unlatch the sliding lock on the door too! So we quickly exited!
Didn't want to get busted!
It was a close call!

Still hoping someone has a picture of this...

Haven't been out to the island in a long while. May need to take the adventure here soon.

Is this really there? Can regular guests see it? Does anyone have any pictures of it?

Nope that's not it either. there's a little wooden bridge in one of the two main caves that everyone passes over, I think it might be Magnetic Mystery Mine, there is a deep hole under the bridge, goes down about 3 feet, and supposedly the hole opens into a tunnel that goes about 8 to 10 feet into the walls of the cave. So it's not a door, but a hole! To get into it, you have to go over the side of the bridge and lower yourself down under it! I saw the hole on my trip in May, seemed too dark, definitely need a flashlight before I go poking in any pitch black tunnel I shouldnt be in in the first place
