but What are some of your favorite things you have found out from Talking to CM's?

right now i can't really think of one, but i will post it as soon as i think of it, but i just thought it'd be a cool topic.

How the monorail will be expanded to all the parks, how the Harry Potter ride is going to be built, how a 5th park is in the works.

Or did you mean stuff that is actually going to happen and not **** they just spread? The monorail would never be expanded seeing as I've heard it would be over a COUPLE HUNDRED MILLION to pull off. Money could be better spent.

I can vouch for this as seeing I was a CM at the Disney Store a long time ago an lost my name badge and had to wear someone else's

Eh. That's pretty much any place that has name tags and works with guest/customers. You have to have a name tag as uniform but most companies don't care if your using your name tag or just borrowing a friends. Nine times out of Ten at Disney it will be their real names, especially when name tags have their hometown on them. It wouldn't look good if a guest sees a name tag and says "Oh hey! We live there. What part do you live in?" ... "Oh, um... this isn't my name tag." So yes it does happen, buts it isn't really anything the company encourages. Get what I'm saying?

My favorite secret is probably the best kept secret ever. The special phrase to say to Cast Members in the Haunted Mansion before you enter the stretch room.

if they are wearing a different nametag they must answer to the name that is on their tag
and not by their real name
