I agree Old Key West is the BEST!!:hurray:
I like Dixie Landings
DIXIE LANDINGS:
I really liked staying at DL when I was little. It was so much fun, and there was so much to do.I loved riding bikes and going to the food court for breakfast. It was a building in a old mill where I could play Legos before eating. It was really nice by the riverside, and you could take a boat to Downtown Disney.I also liked the themed characters of Brer Rabbit, Bear, and Fox.I wish it was never changed into Port Orleans resort.
Polynesian hands down is the best conceirige is awesome
For those of you reading this thread trying to decide where to stay........if you are going Delux, then the Animal Kingdom Lodge is great. Love the animals just outside your room (no, not in the halls). For a moderate, Dixie Landings (a.k.a. Port Orleans Riverside is where we usually stay. We had booked our upcoming trip to PO-Riverside but just learned that the food court is going to close in January '07 through mid April so we switched to the Coronado Springs resort (we are trying something new).
The Grand Floridian is definitly my favorite. It is just one stop away from the MK and just a few more from Epcot. It is absolutely beautiful inside and the rooms are all amazing. It also has a bunch of great resteraunts. I love just walking around the resort, looking across to Magic Kingdom and just taking everything in. It's such a fantastic resort.

grand floridian!! hence the name.. gf4life..
I'mm definitly a Coronado type of gal. I dont know why I love it so much. I love the lagoon where you can rent boats and stuff. i love the food court/buffet where breakfast is absolutely amazing-- you just go around getting stamps for the food. I can smell that omellet now...:chef: My family always rents one of those four seater bikes and do a ride around the resort. Alwaays brings a laugh. I love the name of the different sections--Casitas, villas, etc. The CMs there are wonderful. One time they messed up our rooms and we got upgraded to the suite!! 2 bedrooms, a huge living and dining area and a kitchen. That is the best time I have ever had at disney.
I do like the contempary. I rememeber staying there for a week. We would wake up go to the park, then take the monorail back to the hotel in the middle of the day to either go swimming or even take a nap. And who can forget Chef Mickey's amazing character breakfast. One downside to all of this is memorizing the speel on the monorail in both english AND spanish. "Por favor mentangese alajado de los puertas..." lol its the inside joke of my fam ever since.
Riverside noooo doubt...
my fav is Port Orleans French Quarter, b/c it is small nice and cozy, and its not too expensive, plus good transportation/location
I've only been to three but my favorite is the Polynesian.
Def. Ft Wilderness! It's awesome architecture & setting does it for me!
:minnie: pop century is the best hotel by far. no matter what age you are, it makes you feel young at heart. i know my parents like staying there and seeing what the coolest thing back then. this is our 4th staying at pop and our 7th time going ot WDW and every year when my dad asks where do we want to stay, the answer is always pop century. i love it there. when i go to WDW i feel like such a kid and i love it, no matter how old i am :mickeykid
