Printable Activites for Long Trips

Unless you are lucky to live in Florida, you inevitable have to travel to WDW. Here at DWT we have been asked for ideas on how to keep children (and frankly ourselves) entertained during long flights and car rides. A new feature to the DWT website is printable puzzles and games, allowing you to take some of the magic on the road with you. In the download section you will find crossword puzzles and now word searches. The first puzzle in the Word Search line is on Resorts. One on Animal Kingdom will be out later on today. Coming soon you will find more word searches and other types of games and activities. Watch this space for updates and releases.

What a great idea, April! I printed out the resort word search, for my DD. Yeah, that's the story, it's for my DD. So I may have circled a few of the words already...

A new word search is here...this time it's on the wonderfully evil :evil: Villains! Since there are so many villains, this word search prints on two pages...one page is the puzzle, the other is the word list. Big thanks to Mandabella for helping me come up with all the villains.

Itching for new printable games? Getting ready for your summer trip to WDW and looking for something to do in the car/plane? Well wait no longer…the third in a series of fun printable word games is here. In this installment the word search puzzles take you to DisneyQuest, the water parks and around WDW in general. Also included is our very first word jumble. This jumble takes you to Pleasure Island. All these puzzles can be located in the download section, along with all prior releases of word searches and crossword puzzles. Look for releases and updates all the time!

I created a word search for the book I put together for my neice on our last trip down. If you want, I can send it to you. It is just a general disney word search....

I emailed Lou a couple of months ago and said Thank you for posting all of the crosswords and word searches. I didn't know that there was a thread already with this idea so THANK YOU to whomever started this as well. I was able to print them off and start activity books for all of us for our trips next June with my nieces. I added copied coloring book pages to my nieces books. I am thinking that I will have to make a 2nd book for me for the trip in October. :lol:
