Still can't 'multi-quote' and can't save an edited post without going advanced first.
Same still for me too.
OK, need some help in understanding. The New Post or What's New, at times, like this afternoon, there were 4 pages of threads, going back many days. Couple hours later there are 6 threads. It bounces around so much as to what was lists out. Has anyone found a pattern? Most of the time there are only a few and at times it just completely clears out all the new.
So confused.
I just started getting these messages when commenting on some threads.
Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting.
What's that all about?
Was there also a new iPhone app????
Any update on the status of multi-quote working?
I wish they still posted the new forum items on the home page under the mouse ear forum link. I have pretty much dropped off the site since it has changed.
Sorry for some of the problems you are having with the new forum. Please understand that it seems to be related to the software update, which we were required to do, as vBulletin was no longer supporting the (very) old version we were running.
Can you guys help me out with something? In order for me to look into and address any issues you are having with the site (missing features, bugs, etc.), can you please list them in a single post that you can all contribute to? This way I can take them to vBulletin and/or a developer who may be able to answer questions, fix bugs, address issues, etc.
Thanks for calling the forums home and for your help, support and patience!
Have an AMAZING day today (and every day!!) :)

Multi-Quote
Edit, does not complete the edit, hit save and it edits however doesn't return you to the page, it just sits on the edit screen.
Search engine is awkward. If you don't have the exact wording of a thread you receive random threads that contain those words in most recent order. Try searching Fantasyland Expansion and you will see what I mean.
Agreed on all of these.
I'm not sure what Lou means by putting all of these into a single post, though. How would we do that? Does he mean a single thread?
The "edit" thing is really annoying because the only way you can post the edited post is to click on "go advanced" and then click "save".
The other "big" problem is that when you pull up a forum, or go to "new posts" there is a double down arrow next to the left side of the thread title. Now, this should take you to the most recent post in that thread. But, it doesn't. It just takes you to the top of that page. In other words, if the most recent post is five posts down on page four, it won't take you to said post, it will just take you to the top of page four.
Also, when you submit a post it usually doesn't take you to your new post. It starts back up at the top of that page.
I think Lou can edit into a post because he is administrator, where we members cannot edit into another members posts. I think we will have to copy paste the previous addition and then add in our own comments. Different method, basically same result.

HauntedGabe; before and on most other forums after posting it would take you to the last unread post.
