in sunny and hot LI,NY... hey i wonder if it is actually hotter here than Orland is... probly not... but we have hit the 97-100 mark quite often this summer...

Planning on November 2011 (Thanksgiving week). We went in Nov. 2009 and it was one of the best WDW trips I've been on. The temps are right and the kids loved all the Christmas decorations that were out, and the blizzard at the Osbourne Spectacle of Lights.

Christmas is the ONLY time I'll visit WDW. Well, every now and again for Halloween, and that's just to take a break and change up from the Christmas overload there.

From what I hear on the local Orlando radio stations that I listen to at work (isn't technology wonderful), we're actually running real close up here.

As if the weather outside isn't enough, I take the subways every day. Morning time isn't so bad because I leave the ferry and head right down to the first/last stop of the #1 train. It's a brand new (relative speaking) station, with a bit of cool air blowing through it, and plus the train is usually waiting for me as soon as we get downstairs. But leaving work in the evenings, heading to the old Times Square station, it's an absolute sauna down there.

yeh... i know that times square station... feels like a the heats on 24/7/365... but the city always seems to feel hotter than anything... i live near the beach so by my house its apparently always a bit cooler... so its 95 instead of 97...
