New idea, give me your thoughts

Ok, here's an idea that we had at a REALLY old Disney forum that is no longer in opporation <(spelling?) Ok well, basically, every month, there would be a different avatar theme.

But Nick, what is an avatar theme?

I'm glad you asked, curious bystander! Basically, an avatar theme is a generic Disney theme on which you can base your avatar.

Now, of course you don't HAVE to. But you can if you want to and provides a lot of new and refreshing flavor to avatars on a monthly basis.

For example,
A certain month's theme could be Disney landscapes. Some avatars could be pictures of Pride Rock, Mount Olympus, or various Disney landscapes. You get the picture right?

Well, give me some feedback on whether we can do this or not.
Considering the murder game is going on right about now, we would have to wait until it ends considering players base their avatars on their characters.

I have already talked to Lou about doing this and he liked the idea. Was just working on getting it rolling.

Eh....maybe. For me it would depend on the theme....some of the ones listed don't do a lot for me. For instance....I'm not against Tink, but I really don't want a Tink avatar.

That the first theme would be ipod Disney characters. Kinda like your avatar. I mean, it seems to be popular.

I like the idea a lot. Its really great Nick. Umm whats an Ipod disney thingy..sorry kinda left out in the rain on that one. Sounds great though and i'm totally for it! Hope we can do it!

Well you beat me to the post, so I guess just go ahead. I still think you should have a poll with choices for the month instead of you picking each theme. It makes it more fun for everyone who participates.

Yes skiyalater, that is how we did it at an old forum. It went really well and everyone got involved with it. I also posted a suggestions thread and I only took choices from that thread for the poll. Choices that did not get picked for a certain month were reusable so that everyone's choice will be up there eventually.
