Firefox Users?

Hey everyone!

This isn't really a problem I just wanted to know if other Firefox users are experiencing the same thing. We are new to Firefox since AT&T are redoing their browser. When I post something and I hit submit post it will take me to a blank page. I have to hit the back button and hit refresh to see my comment. It doesn't happen when I make a new thread (like this one).

Any other Firefox users experiencing the same thing?

I use Firefox also and the same thing happens. Firefox has some compatibility glitches with a few sights but overall I prefer it 10 fold to IE.

I use Firefox but I usually don't have that problem, although it does happen once in a blue moon.

I use Firefox, and I used to have a problem posting, although frankly I can't remember if the symptoms were quite like you're describing. I ended up discovering that there are three different editors on the site, chosen through your user CP. Mine was set to the highest, identified as Enhanced Interface. There are two less capable levels, standard and basic. I switched mine to the standard interface, and I haven't had a problem since.

To change your editor, click on your User CP, and from the left hand navigation panel, under Settings and Options, choose Edit Options. The last section in the right column of the page that appears is called Miscellaneous Options, and the only setting you can modify in this section is the editor interface. If it is set to enhanced, change it to standard. If it's already standard or basic, then something else is wrong and I'm afraid I haven't been helpful at all.

I also use Firefox. I have to hit the post reply button instead of the quick reply. Then it won't go blank. I haven't posted a pic in a while, but I had to switch to IE to post a picture.

The problem is probably caused by the Google Update and Google Updater add-ons for Firefox. Disable those add-ons in "Tools" and then clear your private data, including cookies. All should be fine now. I have Vista on my desktop. XP on my laptop does not have the log on problem.

P.S. Get the "Ghostery" Extension. It discloses web bugs. That is what led me to find that Google Analytics and Google Adsense was probably causing the log on problem, etc.

This problem has been fixed. I added an Ad-Block add-on (Thanks Brian!) and it seemed to fix it. Not sure if that was it but it worked!
