Podcast download issues (Win)

I got on iTunes on our home desktop computer for the first time in a while and I downloaded show #147 with no problem, but previous shows cannot be downloaded. And exclamation point shows up and a window that says "There was a problem downloading 'WDW Radio Show #146 - November 22, 2009 - Your Walt Disney World Information Station'. The URL 'http...... could not be found on the server."

Any help would be great. I got my mom an iPod for christmas and would like to be able to get all the episodes that we missed because I had downloaded them on my laptop.
