Putting Audio Guides into itunes

OK I will admit I am technically challenged. I have forgotten how to put my Audio Guides into itunes after downloading them. I somehow did it with Adventureland but need to do it now with Liberty Square and Toontown.
HELP! I am in withdrawl and need my Audio Guides on my ipod!!!!!

Well what do you know! I figured it out. I had to extract the download from the zip file. I guess you can teach an old dog!!!
