Can't upload pics

I'm normally fairly good at uploading pics to websites, but this one is stumping me??
My pics meet all the requirements, but it always says upload failed. Any ideas??

I don't know what site you are uploading to, but I am using Photobucket. After I upload, I choose the IMG code and it copies so I can add it here.

Yup, Photobucket works just fine for me too.

I use Flickr and it works fine for me

So I can't upload directly from my hard drive is what your saying. I have to use phot bucket or flickr.

Oh, ya you need the photo link from an online source.

So I would take the photo link like this: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5084/...7febc811c7.jpg

and then when I add [IMG] and [/IMG] to the beginning and end of that same link I get

it could be your browser too, for some reason Photobucket doesn't like chrome, but does fine with explorer!
