Chat Problems.

I'm not sure if it is just my software. When I click on Chat at the top of the screen on the available nights, it never finishes loading. It goes half way and then stops. Should I be using some sort of shockwave that I don't have? Please help me figure it out. Thank you.

Chat is open 24/7, we just have 2 scheduled nights for chat.

Do you have Flash installed on your machine? What browser are you using? OS?

What browser do you use? I now it works in Safari on macs and also Firefox
