Getting notifications but new posts never appear

I've gotten several notifications in the last 24 hours of new posts in threads I'm subscribed to, but the posts themselves never appear. I don't see them in the thread, no do I see them in the "New Posts" list.

These aren't spam posts deleted by moderators, though - they are from real users like HauntedGabe.

I've received at least two notifications of new posts, but the last post I see in the thread is from 11/18.

email notifications have been messed up for a little while. and while working now, they are for posts made a bit ago

Alas, it is still happening...I'm getting notifications over a month later. In fact, I just got the one for this thread.
