Yes ma'am it is!Parking is free throughout the World as long as you are staying on property!
Is it true that if you're staying on property you can park in the parks for free?
Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World.

Cool so I can avoid the PITA of the bus and just drive my own car to the TaTC. That way I don't have to fight with the stroller or wait for a bus with a cranky little one. Sweet!

Correct! That's what we've done the last two trips. It was so nice to just get in our van and go directly back to the resort after a very long day. It was especially nice not trying to lug a double stoller onto the bus!![]()
Thanks Melis for that tidbit. I didn't know that. =]

I've always ridden the bus but that was prior to my having a child going with me. Now with a stroller and the probably of him being fussy and not willing to just sit and wait for a bus, car is the solution.

We've done both, riding the buses and renting a car. I will never ride another Disney bus again. It's always been faster for us to get to and from the parks in a rental car. It's worth the extra money, especially if you stay onsite. It's surprising how fast you can get around WDW in a car vs. taking the buses.
Disneyland in October '07?

Lucky!

We always drive to WDW and this last time we tried the bus one day and ended up by driving ourselves the rest of the time. It was just too much of a hassle trying to get 2 tired girls, a double stroller, and 2 tired parents on a bus with 50 other tired people who don't want anyone touching them.
I will always stay on site now and drive my own car to the resorts.
What does it cost now to park your car at the parks now. I was there July 2006 and it cost me 9 Bucks a day.
Oh yeah. It's nice to be able to put the kids in the back seat and let them go to sleep or watch a quick DVD instead of them climbing up and down, up and down, up and down out of the seats on the bus. I know it gets on people's nerves.
Yeah free parking...but last time I went we NEVER used our car (except going back and forth to the airport)!
