Rental car discount codes

Does anybody know when Alamo , Avis etc... will be releasing discount codes for beyond 12/15 to the first week Jan?? I've been checking with Mousesavers and Allears and they haven't been updated yet. I have Magical Express right now but thinking about a car. I do not want to go through Priceline and get stuck with a substandard rental companies like PAYLESS again.
Does anyone have any expirence from renting at the car care center and got a good deal using codes and discounts?

not too sure but would think 90 days out.
