Never stayed at Pop....however, what comes to mind would be to take a bus to Hollywood Studios and then a boat from there to the Beach Club.
I think this may be the most efficient way other than getting a Taxi...unless someone else has an even better way
Taking a bus to either epcot or the studios would be the fastest. You can then walk through epcot and out the international gateway to the beach club or take a friendship boat from the studios to the beach club. I don't think there is that significant of a time difference between these two options, personally I would just get on whatever bus showed up at my resort first. Enjoy beaches and cream!
Note: Depending on when your trip is...Y & B Clubs dock is currently down for a Rehab, so you'd have to get off boat at S & D or Boardwalk.
If I was taking a bus I'd take the one to DHS, Epcot you'd have to walk from the front of the park to back exit. At DHS the bus drops you near the the transportation boat dock.
I'd go to DHS also, then stroll over, unless I wanted to visit something in Epcot first.
MousePlanet posted this update:
…The Friendship dock at the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts is closed for refurbishment through March 24. Bus service is available to Disney's Hollywood Studios during this time, but guests will need to walk to Epcot.
Riding the bus to Epcot then going through International Gateway would require a lot of extra walking in my opinion.
