Are there any buses that take you out side the park?
Do you mean off Walt Disney World property? Other than the Magical Express busses that take you to and from the airport, no. There are no Disney buses that can take you to say Universal Studios or Sea World. You'd need to take a taxi or other private service for that, or rent a car.
Disney does have car rental locations on property, so it is possible to rent a car for just a couple of days on your trip and not have to go back to the airport to return it.
I think the Lynx(Orange county busses) pick up and drop off at the TTC.

I use the Mears they pick you up at your hotel and drop off. Last year it was 14.00 round trip, you just have to call the day before and set up at time for pick up and at least 2 hours before you want to leave the park you are at. But they usually stop every 1/2 hour for pick up at the parks starting after 3 pm. https://secure.mearstransportation.com/
