I have always wanted to go solo!!! and the bugeyes pic that Caroline has is b/c she liked the one I had!!!! so the circle keeps going!

I had that chicken quesadilla in December at the ASMusic, pretty tasty stuff but it took so long to prepare, the cooks didn't seem to be in a hurry. I was disappointed to see that the meatball subs were gone though.

I did leave Epcot before it closed.
The chicken quesadilla was good, but yeah, they were kinda slow.
