Meghyn didnt really get it until we actually were there when we went 2 years ago. You gotta love their concepts of time and space at that age. Meghyn is just recently beginning to understand time...funny when she says "we went there yesterday" or "my birthday is tomorrow" Yesterday and tomorrow can mean anything from 5 miuntes ago to 2 years ago. LOL

That's so true. My daughter says ' oh mommy, you remember when we went to Disney world yesterday" and my son just has to burst her bubble, and say it wasn't yesterday, it was like a year ago.... She's ready to box then....

Keep in mind that characters look pretty intimidating the first time the little ones see them. She'll more than likely warm up to them over the time you are there, but let her go to them rather than take her to them. Then again, she could run up, grab them by the leg and not want to let go.

My dd brought her cousin and the cousin's 3 year old to the parks last month. Mickey did not look friendly on day one. Day two, the characters were looking better, and by day three they were getting to be good friends.

oh V... we when we went last year... OH MY GOSH!!!! she grabbed minnie and wasnt going to let her leave our table.. she loves the characters

now the fireworks are a different story...LOL

The last we went, my daughter had just recently turned 3. She was scared of any insect, including a little bitty ant. She could spot a ant 50 yards away. We go to Disney and all the characters were her friends.... All, except Donald. I think it was something about that big thing sticking from his face {his bill}, going to attack her or something.....
