1900 Park Faire

I have heard about 1900 Park Faire over by the Grand Floridian a million times and how you can greet character but what is exactly is it?

It is a buffet. In the morning (at breakfast) you get to meet Mary Poppins(i believe) and at dinner you get to meet all the Cinderella characters. She walks around along with Prince Charming and the female mice. Fairy Godmother is in the enterance. The food is a of a little higher scale in that its more adult. There is a childrens table that has chicken tenders and pb&j but I stuck to the other stuff.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! All kinds of choices for kids and adults, including a couple of made-to-order stations. When we went the characters were Mary Poppins, Tigger & Pooh, Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter.

It sounds great but I am wondering about the prices with one salary it can't the prices can't be too high. How is Ohana and the Crystal Palace?

We go to dinner at 1900 GF every year. It is one of the only places you can see Prince Charming. We tried to get him to sit at our table with us but alas, he had other guests to attend to. You must try the chilled strawberry soup. They actually emailed me the recipe. It is so fabulous.

I agree...the breakfast was awesome. Only buffet you can get eggs benedict. Also, the strawberry soup was to die for!! We ate there our last morning. It was a good choice because we stuffed ourselves silly. This held us over for much of the day and we didn't have to buy any snacks at the airport.

The dinner now has Cindy, Lady Tremaine and the two stepsisters. Although we didn't try dinner there, I've heard very good things about the food. I've actually recommended to a couple of friends to try for ADRs there as they had waited to long for any chance of eating with Cindy in the castle.

They've got strawberry soup (YUMMO) and about every other fruit flavor too! I've got the recipe in my Delicious Disney cookbook, but have yet to try it. Must add to my list of things to do!

Oh yeah, and if you're concerned about cost, the breakfast is quite a bit less expensive.

What so at dinner Prince Chraming, Fairy Godmother, Suzy, and Perla are no longer there only Cinderella, Lady Tremaine, Drizella, and Anastasia?

According to the CM who checked us in for breakfast, at Dinner they usually have Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremain, Anastasia and Drizella. Depending on schedules, alternates could be Suzy, Perla and the Fairy Godmother.
