    We got a DREAM!!!!

    Oh my gosh oh my gosh

    I decided last minute to take my son to MNSSHP (see Disney Darlings MNSSHP review thread)....As many times as I have been in the past year (we are local) I have never gotten so much as a hat or a button! but....... Long story short as we were leaving last night we got picked to have a dream granted -

    A little background - my baby (2yo) LOVES Goofy - he is obsessed, he even calls WDW "Place with the dog-dog" instead of Disney.....so our dream was perfect for him

    We got to sit on top of Main Street Station and watch the fireworks with GOOFY!!!!!!!!!! Riley was in 7th heaven! Grinning ear to ear - Goofy spent about 25 minutes with him, they played hide and seek and peak a boo. Ri sat on his lap and kept hugging and kissing Goofy throughout the entire show. When it was time to say goodbye Goof gave Ri a signed Goofy Ball Cap (the kind with the droopy ears)

    Last night was officially my new most cherished Disney moment!!

    When I read your trip report and got to this part I nearly teared up (as I said over in that thread) and now I'm tearing up again. It's just so special... and the coincidence that it was his favorite character just makes it even more magical. With the way Aaron is with Mickey I can only dream that something like this would happen in May for him. I swear to you, one of his first recognizable words was "Mee Mou!" The kid is a Mickey nut.

    Unfortunatly this is the ONE TIME that I forgot my camera!!!!!!!! I did manage to snap a few pics with my cell phone but they are dark and fuzzy - A CM was taking pics and I gave him my address so hopefullly he will mail them to me...we'll see
