So, it took promises of pictures to get that boy over here. I've been telling him to visit for a long time.

I concur with Lou when he said BEST MOUSEFEST EVER!!!!!! And I know why that is. He has photographic proof he's not the shortest dude out there anymore

Friday

It's really hard getting out of bed after being at the MVMCP the night before. Plus we had to pack since we were switching resorts. Crazy morning but we made it to AK for the safari meet.


This is from the back of the group. I know I was number 169 going into the line and at some point we heard 250 went on.

I have a ressie at Pop for 12/10 - 12/15...just in case. I'll probably lop off a day at the beginning and/or end of the ressie but wanted to cover all of my bases. If I can get an AP discount, that will be awesome. I've never been to WDW at Xmas time before and am DETERMINED to go to Mousefest '08.

Saturday-MegaMouse Meet!!

We spent a little bit of time in EPCOT before heading to the Mega Meet. I've never gone out the International Gateway way so it was great doing something new. Taking the boat over was fun. It was the first time I got to see Boardwalk and The Beach Club.

While I didn't get to attend the Kitchen Sink meet my "Disney Husband", Glenn brought some of it to me. Chocolate sauce on his shirt. You can dress them up but you can't take them anywhere. I love the look on his face.


Mom was excited to see herself on the MagicMeet signs.


Round, round get around-I get around. It's always great to see Linda and James.

DWT Family Reunion--Saturday

Before the reunion I headed to the locker to get a sweatshirt. And what did I see--SE doors were OPEN!! Mom and I took off running. I was so excited to get in that I told the CM's I loved them. Then I texted a few friends to tell them it was open.




Here's "Muscles" from Mickey News. I can't remember his name but that's what I call him. Everytime I saw him he was being like Steve Barrett's bouncer. Getting to the Hidden Mickey's for people to see. He totally cracks me up. He called me "scorchy".


Here's Jeanne, her mom, Tracy and Pat. Since it was pretty dark it was hard getting pictures of everyone without blinding them.


Not sure what Jeff Pepper was talking about but he sure looks excited.

Watching Illuminations with my DWT family and other friends was amazing. Every once in awhile I would turn around and look at everyone and think "This IS family".


After Illuminations the island in front of Japan caught on fire. It was amusing watching them put it out. It was almost like they didn't know what to do.
