    We are all getting excited about our trip....only three days to go!!!!!!

    The last few days have been occupied with Fiona's move but hopefully final DLP preparations will not take too long as we have lists of "things to take" and "jobs to do." Unfortunately the weather forecast does not look too good...rain and wind with the possibility of a snow shower! No matter...we will all have a great time. Cameras charged and ready!

    Just my luck!!!!!!!........being a "good" driver I went out to check the oil, water, screen wash etc on the car, pulled the release bonnet (think that is hood for you) lever...nothing...the cable has come off!!!!!! I have to have it at the garage in a couple of hours and they will try and fix it. Could have done without that today!

    Other than that...all good. My bag is packed ready and Fiona's are almost there. She has had to work for a while today but is home now. Euros purchased, route worked out, toll road money to hand.....all set for a 4am(did i really say 4am!!)tomorrow morning departure. Weather forecast not too good, plenty of wind and rain, but that can't dampen our spirits...we will be seeing Mickey and Friends tomorrow afternoon!!

    Maybe I should add that they got to ride PoTC twice without getting off.
    The weather is very wet but they are having tons of fun.

    That's the DLP I experienced! Glad they are making the most of it inspite of the weather.

    Sorry the weather isn't that great. Hopefully it will be better soon. My friend said the first few days of her visit in Dec were wet & cold but by the end they were in shorts. So keep positive.
