I am all over this!!
How far in advance can you make a reservation?
Disney has improved on the Bib-bitty Bob-bitty Boutique with the Pirate's League. The theming of the room and the cast member interaction is fantastic. Pirate wannabes have to give the secret phrase to enter the pirate cave and then are given their new pirate name based on the roll of die and their birth month, so even if you and your twin want to become pirates, you wouldn't likely have the same name. Unlike the boutique, the Pirate's League easily adapts to children and adults. It took about 30 minutes for each of my family members to become pirates. The make-up was well done, and their was plenty of discussion between the guest and make-up artist about pirate life. The CM's did not break out of their roles. Each new pirate had plenty of booty to take home as well; headscarf, earring, tattoos, small sword and belt, and a small bag to hold your booty. If your make-up includes nail polish or lip gloss, you are given it to take with you. You are not made up with items used on previous guests. There is a safety lesson in using your new sword before you leave the cave, and your pirate photo is ready to be taken home before you leave. I would say that the $49.95 price is pretty good value for the attention you are given and the items you take with you.
The Pirate League is located to the far right of the POC attraction. It officially opens June 29th, but reservations are being taken at (407) WDW CREW. I would expect the Pirate's League to be really busy during MNSSHP.

My son did this on June 30 and he loved it. He chose the Cursed Pirate captains package which is full costume and make up. Guest kept coming up to us and asking to take his picture, he was in character all day and would pose with smaller kids and give them his sword and act like they had captured him so that their parents could take a picture. He even wanted us to call him by his pirate name of Enrique Foulstench which was given to him at the league.
So so tempting to do this for MNSSHP!
