Quick trip review

Just got back yesterday. We arrived 9/2, stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort. This was our third stay at this resort.There was 9 with us. They have recently renovated all the rooms. Very nice upgrade. We stayed in Casitas 5. Some might think it's a far away building, and it might be, but it didn't bother us. Grounds are beautiful.

It was hot this week, just the way I like it. Only had a little rain 2 nights. Crowds were light to medium. We spent Labor Day at the Magic Kingdom, as we always do our last day. Crowds were surprising light. We had to push around a wheel chair most day's so crowds were a concern for us pre-arrival.

Read about CM's not being cheerful but found no evidence of this at all. Had on an anniversary button that almost every CM noticed and acknowledged.

Bus's ran as normal. Some you could hang meat in it was so cold. Had to wait once or twice about 30 minutes for a bus. Getting the wheelchair on and off was ok. Bus drivers very attentive. Apologize to anyone who had to wait to for us to get on or off.

TTA was still not open. Chad on The Jungle Cruise was a good skipper. SpectroMagic seemed longer than I remembered last year, could be my imagination. My daughter got to meet the Fairies. They had great personalities.

Food was good everywhere we ate. Had the free dining for the first time. Didn't really like the wait staff either reminding us or telling us what the tip was, but that's for another thread.

All in all it was another great WDW trip. We only get to go once a year so we try to cram a lot of things in. Looking for maybe May next year, our favorite tome to go.

We were there at the same time! No complaints on the CM's either....we had nothing but smiles and friendliness!

We arrived on August 26 and left on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We always end at the MK too and I have to say that was by far the busiest day we encountered during our 11 days.
