4 Parks, 1 Day Adventure...July 2011 Trip Report Part 2 of 4 (Day 4: 7/23/11)

Well, here we go. Probably the thread I'm going to have the most fun making, along with probably the thread that will be the most fun for you guys to check out...my 4-park adventure!
If you haven't checked out Part 1 of my Trip Report, here it is:
July 2011 Trip Report Part 1 of 4...Days 1-3: Arrival and Immersion into the parks
On July 23, 2010, my cousin and I set out on a daring (daring, I know
) adventure, to go to all four Disney World theme parks in one day...just for the fun of it. And, on the one year anniversary of our 4-park adventure...we did it all over again. My aunt dropped us off at Animal Kingdom at park open, and...Here...we...go! I took a picture exactly every 15 minutes to chronicle where we were at each point in time, and to prove that we did in fact make it to all 4 parks plus DTD in one day.
9:00 a.m. Entering Animal Kingdom

9:15 a.m. walked right up to the front of the line of Expedition Everest

9:30 a.m. in a short line for Dinosaur

9:45 a.m. walked off of Dinosaur, and going through Dinoland, USA

10:00 a.m. walking through Camp Minnie-Mickey

10:15 a.m. left Animal Kingdom, and waiting for the direct bus to Hollywood Studios

10:30 a.m. on an empty bus to Hollywood Studios

10:45 a.m. waiting in line for Tower of Terror

11:00 a.m. about to go into the briefing room for Tower of Terror

11:15 a.m. just off of Tower of Terror

11:30 a.m. CARROT CAKE COOKIE in the Writer's Stop!

11:45 a.m. walking through the queue of the Great Movie Ride

12:00 p.m. just walked out of the Great Movie Ride

12:15 p.m. walking by the Coke bottles outside the Backlot Tour

12:30 p.m. inside the One Man's Dream Exhibit

12:45 p.m. walked right onto a Friendship boat to head over to the Dolphin for lunch

1:00 p.m. walking into the Dolphin for lunch

1:15 p.m. inside the Fountain at the Dolphin for lunch (yes, I got up to take this picture)

1:30 p.m. after a quick lunch, outside the Dolphin about to walk to Epcot

1:45 p.m. about to walk into Epcot through the International Gateway

2:00 p.m. walking past the American Adventure

2:15 p.m. just browsing around at the Puffin's Roost

2:30 p.m. walked inside the Mexico pavilion

2:45 p.m. inside Club Cool...a place we visited many times

3:45 p.m. but we did decide to check out Project Tomorrow

7:00 p.m. taking the walkway path to the Contemporary to catch a bus to Downtown Disney (after staying there for my other cousin's wedding (older sister of the cousin I went to the parks with), absolutely LOVE the Contemporary)

7:15 p.m. on the bus heading to Downtown Disney

7:30 p.m. just off of the bus, walking into Marketplace

7:45 p.m. in line to eat at Earl of Sandwich

8:00 p.m. eating at Earl of Sandwich

8:15 p.m. walking past the World of Disney store

8:30 p.m. going to go look in D-Street for a bit to just dig more into my recent addiction with Vinylmation

8:45 p.m. Characters in Flight is...well, in flight!

9:00 p.m. and the last picture of the day, a 12 hour day exploring just about all of Disney World, of West Side as were about to get picked up to go back to the house....what an epic this day really was. If you have never done a 4-park day before, I highly suggest it...does it wear you out, heck yea it does...but it's just so much fun, and the thrill of going to all 4 parks in one day is second to none. Hope you guys enjoyed reading this thread as much as I had doing this adventure!

Part 3 of 4 is coming up next...I'll probably get to it tomorrow. Again, I really hoped you guys enjoyed reading this one. However...there's still more to come! Stay tuned!
As soon as I do Part 3 of my Trip Report I will link it up here.

I did this twice in 2007. Let me tell ya, it was a h*ll of a lot easier for me to pull off in November than it was in Mid-August.

What a fun idea... or really ideas... I love both the idea of doing the entire property in one day as well as the idea of a picture every 15 minutes to chronicle it. You really lucked out it seems. You walked onto pretty much every ride you decided to do. My luck, if I took a pic every 15 minutes, I'd have 6 or 7 pictures of the same queue over and over.
Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World.

Thanks (again) everyone! Glad y'all are liking the pictures and report.
To say the least, it was a very tiring day...quite a bit of walking, and the temperature was pushing 100 that day. But...exciting and SO worth it that day.

Re: 4 Parks, 1 Day Adventure...July 2011 Trip Report Part 2 of 4 (Day 4: 7/23/11)
Glad I'm not the ONLY one who does all four parks in one day. They I can spend the rest of my trip doing lots of other stuff and not just waste days walking the parks again and again.
Really, Walt? Disneyland is MY land? Why would I want a silly little land when I can have the WORLD.

I know, your whole park experience down there comes from that one day where you go to all 4 parks! I like to take in the other parks on separate days to enjoy the attractions and detail, but just the thrill of doing a 4-park day is so exciting...tiring, but exciting. I also include Downtown Disney. It's all about the experience of, essentially, going through all of Disney World in one day, for the fun of it, that makes it worth it.

Re: 4 Parks, 1 Day Adventure...July 2011 Trip Report Part 2 of 4 (Day 4: 7/23/11)
Downtown Disney is normally my final stop on the vacation. I walk from Saratoga Springs Grand Stand area, across the entire grounds, and head over for last minute shopping and lunch. I'm not sure I could drag myself over to DTD after the parks, although I seem to be cutting more and more out of each visit, so it might be entirely possible. Having been down every year for the past ten years, this Fantasyland expansion can't come soon enough. I need new stuff to see there. Because when it comes down to skipping attracions because I just don't feel like riding them anymore or that I just rode it (albeit last year)... things like the Nemo ride and the 3D movies come to mind... it's time for some new attractions. If my brother-in-law wasn't added to this trip, I might have been able to do it all. I usually do my best (and most productive) exploring on solo trips.
Really, Walt? Disneyland is MY land? Why would I want a silly little land when I can have the WORLD.
