mickeytoo & minnietoo's Pre-trip Report...!!!

After work last night, we finally spent some late-night time at oldest DD's apt. gettin' down to some more specific planning :thumbs:, so here it is, so far, as written down verbatim by oldest DD... :mickeykid :D

7/10 - Arrive Orlando - explore Downtown Disney
- dinner at 'Ohana.

7/11 - Animal Kingdom (EMH) 8am-9am-7pm
- pool time at resort.

7/12 - Magic Kingdom (EMH) 8am-9am-10pm
- Jellyrolls for Megan's B-day.

7/13 - Epcot (EMH) 8am-9am-9pm
- Magic Kingdom (EMH) 10pm-1 am.

7/14 - Disney Hollywood Studios (EMH) 8am-9am-9pm
- lunch at Sci-fi Dine-in Theater.

7/15 - Hop Parks
- dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe
- Magic Kingdom (EMH) 10pm-1am.

7/16 - Hop Parks
- Disney Hollywood Studios (EMH) 9pm-12am.

7/17 - Depart Orlando :(

Just got off the phone with DW...
It'll be Whispering Canyon on the 10th, Coral Reef and THEN Jellyrolls for Megan's 21st b-day on the 12th ('cause that's where we had her sweet 16 dinner back in '07 and she wants to go back :yes:), and 'Ohana on the 15th. :D

Good gosh!!!!! Can't wait for this trip!!!!!!! :yahoo: :mickeykid :D

You know you have to be 21 to get into Jellyrolls right?

Going with our friends and their kids
Youngest DD is their babysitter so the other kids will hang out at the resort and they"re good with that

Not even gonna' post dates or times at this point, 'cause it could all very well change at some point in the near future, yet again...! :dizzy: :lol:

I have never been to Marrakesh but I did try the counter service for the first time in Dec I enjoyed it, except it was horrible weather that night and I sat outside at a dry table
T-Rex, cottontini yum, place was loud but good
well you know Ohana is good, we have been there :)
never been to Coral reef but want to go some day
I don't really like Sci-fi but it is a fun place

Not that you asked ;)...just felt like throwing my 2 cents in this morning

this should be a wonderful trip - going to have a special day for everyone. We will start this trip off with the celebration of our son who is graduating from high school. We will move into our oldest DD having a wonderful birthday and end with youngest DD getting to celebrate her 18th birthday, and Hubby and I having an early anniversary dinner along with our friends.

There is just so much excitement around for this trip - not sure who has more my Hubby, my oldest DD, my son or my best friend.....
I'm sitting back enjoying this....

Oldest DD's boyfriend has gotten free airfare from his father - enough to get oldest DD and himself a ticket for our trip.:yahoo:

They will have to leave 3 hours before we do and they will get into Orlando 5 minutes after we arrive.

Hubby and I will only have to get 3 tickets - not to bad.....

WOOOHOOOOO!!! :yahoo:
Airfare purchased and Magical Express tags on their way!!!

As Carolyn stated above, we only had to purchase 3 tickets, as youngest DD's is almost free too 'cause the family we are going with is the family she baby sits for and they gave her their mileage. Only $54 for her! :thumbs: :D

Seriously, thanks for the input Tracy! :D

I've always wanted to try Marrakesh. I've always been more of an adventurous eater than DW. Now that the kiddos are older, oldest DD (and to a slightly lesser degree DS) is more adventuous, as well. :yes:

Keep hearing mixed reviews about T-Rex, but maybe with enough a' those drinks it won't matter...! ;)

Yep. 'Ohana=good. I can still see all that MEAT! :cookie: :lol:
