This is as soon as you walk through the castle heading towards Fantasyland on your left hand side. It isn't too far down from Tinkerbell's Treasures store. Yes....if you stand in just the right spot the crown appears to be on her head. One of the many treasures that most people walk right on by without ever noticing!
