what is the weather like in late October??

Beacause here its usually very cold... i'm going to be buying me and my daughter a few outfits to wear when we go.. so shorts, pants, a sweater..??? what should i pack?? i know its kind of early.. but i'm going to buying stuff over the summer

last year it was all t-shirts and shorts temps, even late into the evening

In both my late October trips, it's been warm enough for shorts and t-shirts morning, afternoon, and into the evening.

I'd still pack a sweatshirt, jacket, and/or pants just in case.

We have been the last 3 Octobers in a row. It sometimes can be very hot. We always wear tshirts and shorts all day and up until park close, which is midnight for the Halloween party. It was still warm that late. The one and only time I have worn anything longer than shorts was dinner with Cinderella and the Prince at the GF. I wore a pair of linen pants- still lightweight but dressier. I say save room in your suitcases for what you will bring back!

I tend to dress in layers because what seems warm to others tends to feel cooler for me and I hate being cold. We were home last October and I think it was in the low 80's durning the day. Unfortuantely, we had to attend a family wedding in the middle of our stay and nearly froze to death in WI. Best thing is to keep an eye on the weather through a local Florida paper just before you leave, and you'll have an idea what to bring.

to me its perfect in october. its a slow time at the parks and beautiful weather. its my favorite times there to just stroll allong and take my time. I always wear pants, even in summer. but for you northerners, it would be great shorts weather.

Ok, I am a GA girl, so here is my opinion on the weather in Orlando during October.
I wore t-shirts and capris all day and I was fine. I was down in early October, however.
One night - only one - I did put on a hoodie.....

I live in florida and have lived here all my life. October is so different every year. There was one year I thought it was still summer. And then October 2 years ago afer urrican Wilma the weather was very chilly. I am like you Chrissy&Tayen I get cold easily. My family no matter what packs sweaters just in case. It tends to get chilly at night. Well for me its chilly, other people think its nice. Just be prepared because FLorida weather is like a girl going through PMS or menopause. One day its scorching (like today), other days its pouring rain (yesterday), and sometimes it tries to get chilly (last weekend). So yes, you dont want to regret not bringing something.

Example: My last trip to Disney in March it was supposed to be perfect weather. I packed only shorts and 1 pair of pants. THe weather ended up being awful. It was freezing!!! and then one day it rained making it even worse. We only brought light jackets. I ended up having to wear the same pants and sweater everyday. I know gross!! Though there was one day during the day there was no need for a sweater.

LOL.. thats what i'm packing for because i have also heard it rains more in the hurricane season so .. i wanna make sure i pack extra for those just in case we get soaked moments
