Lets Talk Easter!!

We are DVC members and this is our first trip over Spring Break - I'm taking my 3 kids alone - DH has to work - and we will arrive the Wednesday before Easter and were trying to figure out what to do and where to eat on Easter??

We beleive if the weather is nice, we;d just like to stay at Old Key West and enjoy the pools - We don't want to stand in long lines at the parks!!

Any ideas would help.
