    Leave a Legacy ???

    Hi All
Ive a quick question about Leave a Legacy at Epcot,Ive spent a while looking on Disney site but cant find much about it I just wanted to now how much it costs?,how long it takes? and can you get them done with 4 people I only remember pairs or singles. I believe the cost is something like $35 for one face and $40 for two. Two faces are the most you can put on one Leave a Legacy. We had one done back in 2003 of my Mom and our oldest Son, but it was one of the free options we were given with our vacation package. It didn't take long for them to sit for the image at all (maybe 5-10 minutes total and we were out of there), but the image will not appear during your vacation stay. It takes them awhile to get them up there. They will send you an etching along with the location of your Legacy in the mail. My Son loves being able to look at himself everytime we go back! I think we might do another one in August with my Mom and our younger Son!

I've read & heard rumors that the sales of Leave a Legacy tiles was going to end today, June 16th. The monoliths would stay in place, but they would not be selling any new tiles to add to them.

    That's a shame.

I'm glad we had ours done last year and can't wait to find and see it next time we go back.

I wonder what the reasoning is behind that?

I got one with me and Riley (2 people) for 25 total this march - i wonder if the price went down as it was getting less popular. Im not sure how i feel about the monoliths overall but i am glad that i have something of us permanent at Epcot - I look forward to taking Riley (age 2) back over the years to see his chubby toddler face immortalized
