Alamo is the "official" rental car company of Disney World, but at the Car Care Center they share space with National. They are owned by the same parent company.
As far as AAA deals, I'm not sure. You might want to check their site.

AAA has something that will flip your lid. Its called the "diamond" or "emerald" pass. I'm not sure which one, but it is a green emerald on what looks like the hanging handicapped sign you hang on your rear view mirror. Anyways tyhe parking area for the AAA pass is right next to the handicapped parking. I am not kidding either. You geth the BEST parking with that pass. Granted you have to pay for it. Ummmm $33 i believe is what we paid. But seroiusly it was well worth it. I mean we passed up the parking line every day we went to park. The pass is in the same line as handicapped so you rarely have to wait because of a line. And CM's are there to help you with the biggest smiles. So I would suggest using that pass.
'Twas the Nightmare Before Christmas and all through the house,
not a creature was peaceful,
not even a mouse,
The stockings all hung by the chimney with care,
When opened that morning would cause such a scare,
The children, nestled all snug in their beds,
would have nightmares of monsters and skeleton heads.
We has the AAA pass, but the lots were full when we got there.....
so they send you off to the regular lots if the AAA spots are taken
Thanks for the info. In our case, we will be picking up our car the day we depart Disney, and are heading to Ft Lauderdale.
You can buy the pass at your hometown AAA. That is what we did.
