We are staying at the POFQ in April, flying Southwest too. I know you can use ME, but do you know where there would be a computer around to check us in? We all know you have to be “standing” on the computer 24 hours before your flight to get a good bording group.
Any thoughts.

I'm pretty sure you can just ask at the lobby concierge or at the desk they have set up for airline check-in and they will do it for you. You can reprint your boarding passes at the airport when you check your luggage.
I usually have a reliable family member at home check me in.

The airline you travel on is irrelevant to Magical Express. It is Disney and the airport employees that get your bags. You can choose any airline at all to fly into Orlando.
The airline only matters as far as using the "resort check-in" feature when you're about to go home. Only certain airlines participate in that, and unfortunately, Southwest is not yet one of them.
I use SW to go to Disney all the time, as they're the only ones that fly non-stop from my home airport to MCO. You can either ask your resort's check-in desk to print your boarding pass for you, or do what I do: use your internet-enabled celphone to log on to mobile.southwest.com and check-in exactly 24 hours before your departure time. The day before I leave, I purchase 24 hours of internet access on my phone (for $1.00), and take my confirmation number with me. When that 24 hour mark hits, I log on, enter my name and confirmation number, and that's it. When I get to the airport the next day, I print out my boarding pass as I check my bags. Your boarding group is assigned based on when you check in, not when you print your boarding pass.
