You are definitely not the only one! Last year, we were due to leave on Saturday, and by Monday I was already feeling that sick, depressed feeling. It got worse as the week went on. I broached the subject to my husband of seeing if we could possibly add a couple of days to our trip and he didn't say no, so we stopped at the front desk and sure enough, we could.....and did.Originally Posted by Maestr034
That made our trip 15 days and I can say for the first time that I felt completely satisfied when we left WDW. For the very first time I felt that I had stayed long enough. So, this year when I made our reservations, I made them for 15 days!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!

We like to go at least 9 days, sometimes only 7. Heading out for Easter Break, it really depends on the spring break the kids have. But we could go for 3 days and have a ball as well.

We used to go for three weeks, but now its usually about two. However, I haven't actually gone since October 2003. Such a bad feeling of withdrawl!

Sigh, what a viscious cycle.Another reason to look forward to retirement: the ability to vacation a month at a time.

Since 1996 we have gone from 3 nights to 5 and then to 8. This October we will be there for 10 nights, which I think will still not be enough for me (about 6 too many for the DW, however). Since we retired in June of 2003 it seems two visits a year for 8-10 days will be OK until we can move to Florida and spend our golden years in the shadow of WDW.

We go for about 4-5 days. Cant wait til I can save the money to go for longer than that.
Only 15 minutes from the back gate of the most wonderful place on Earth!!!
I have a Disney trip planned for next year and the year after that, both of which are scheduled for a week. and for a working stiff such as myself, it takes some sacrifice to be able to come up with the dough. sometimes the cost of the whole thing rubs a bit of the shine off of Disney for me, but I try not to think about it (which is why I try and get the meal plan, so it doesn't seem like we're spending real money while in Disney).
If we can dream it, we can do it
1-3, but they are only 5 days apart! LOL!
Do you have to rub it in!?!?!Originally Posted by MommytoMJM
