I am not a big coffe afficianado, so I can't help much in that department. Howeever, there is a thread on here pertaining to the best coffee on property. Look for that.

As for breakfast, depends on what resort you are in and which park you are going to. I enjoy stopping at the Main Street Bakery when I go to the Magic Kingdom. I also generally travel with kids, so we tend to grab a character meal for breakfast. I have done those even without kids, as the buffets are great. I will be at WDW the latter half of that same week, staying at POFQ.

I really enjoy breakfast at Olivia's in Old Key West. You could check out the various menus on allears.net to see which meals interest you.

Let me know what were plans are and I will try & help more.

Since you will be celebrating your 30th, don't forget to let them know when you check in, or you can add that to your reservations on-line. You can get a few extra perks. Also, stop in at guest relations for a special pin that will get you perks in the parks from the CM's.
