Complaint

Does anyone know the best way to contact Disney if I have a complaint about my recent trip to WDW?

Re: Complaint

Probably the best way is to walk into Guest Services and ask to speak to someone. They take guest complaints very seriously.

I'm assuming you've already gone home and that's not an option, however. I did once file a complain on their web site at disneyworld.com (although this was before the new site launched), and I got a followup phone call. The new web site has a Contact Us link, where you can fill out a single universal form that asks what your comment is about in order to properly route your message. I'd try there.

Note that if there was a cast member involved, they're going to want a name. I complained once about how a cast member treated some family member when we were trying to use the bathroom on the way out of MK before the start of MVMCP. We were back at the park the next day, so I stopped in at Town Hall to mention my dissatisfaction. The cast member I spoke to initially brought out a manager, and when I couldn't remember the cast member's name, they wanted to know what kind of costume she was wearing, what she looked like, etc. They seemed very focused on trying to identify the person, and I presume that if we had been able to identify her there would have been some sort of consequences.
