September Question

I really want to go back to the World it's been like over a year and I'm dying. I thought September would be a good time because Disney gives you the Free Dining which make it comes out cheaper than going in December. I like going when it's down time but I've never been in September so I've been going alot of research. When I went on AllEars.net they said one of most crowded it gets is from June to Labor day. But a week after Labor day its one of the lowest. Now when I looked at the park times online Disney didn't extend hour much which usually means they do not expect many people. So my original plan was going from 9/3 - 9/8 but thats right in Labor day week. Should it be fine should I push it? It's my gf 1st time going and I really really want her to enjoy it all. If it's better going a week later I think I can do it but I just need some advice from people who have actually been this time of year.

Re: September Question

I'm going 9/2-9/8. We're wondering about the crowds too. My kid's don't start school till 9/9. We picked that week due to the free dining. Hope we made the right choice. Even if it's busy, it's still better being there than being home.

Re: September Question

Labor Day is late this year. Our kids normally start in the beginning of September. This would have been an end of August trip otherwise.

Re: September Question

So would it be safe to assume that after labor day all schools have started therefore dropping the crowd levels? How big do you think the differences is?

Re: September Question

We went last year the week after labor day and it was not crowded at all. The longest waits we had were for Toy Story Mania (45 min standby) and to see Ariel at MK (45 min). Everything else was 20 min or less. The free dining was great!

Re: September Question

That's why I'm pushing for after labor day but sweety is worried about missing her monday class so she wants to go before labor day so she doesnt have to worry about missing. I hope I can change her mind or at least have it not as full , like you did.
