Deluxe Dining Plan 2010

Ok, you vacation planning experts, here's a question:

We recently booked a trip to WDW for 2010 on the Deluxe Dining Plan. I was looking through the pamphlet our travel agent gave us and noticed, under the list of restaurants participating in the dining plan, that three(!) of the places we wanted to try are not listed!

Namely: Nine Dragons, Yak & Yeti, and Tutto Italia (amongst others).

These restaurants are included in the 2009 Deluxe Dining Plan, so my question is this:

Do you think these joints will be added later to the plan (i.e. it's too early to tell, really), or do you think we are doomed to eat at places we have already been to a billion times before?

I just got off the phone with someone in dining, and here is the deal.

The restaurants that aren't listed are the ones that are not completely owned by Disney, and at this time, they have not signed on to do the dining plan. This happens every year - because the upcoming year's rates and packages come out before these sponsorships are finalized. So, this goes for both the Basic plan and the Deluxe dining plan. I was told that usually, this is all straightened out before the next year's dining booking window has come into play.

Of course, anything can happen...... but I would say all of those restaurants will probably be on board for 2010!
