| WDW while PG? For my sister that might be lurking...I'm not PG yet and we are not trying yet. anywho DH has been pushing trying for a kiddo here lately. I'm taking my dance team in March. I've told him I can't even think about it till I can fly and be there at a "safe" time. I had an OBGYN apt yesterday. My normal doc wasn't the one so I asked the stand in guy. He kind of looked at me like I grew four heads and was asking the impossible about going PG. I'm not crazy am I? I said I obviously wouldn't be going when I'm 7 months plus. He grudgingly told me he'd be comfortable with 30 weeks and basically said all I could do is ride It's a Small World. I know things like ToT and the fast roller coaster rides are out of question. Is he going a bit over board? This is all geared towards it just magically happening once we start trying....I know the chances of that are slim. Heck it could take a long time. I'm just trying to be prepared. I did tell DH if I am at the time of the trip he will owes me a kid free trip later on down the road since I would miss so many of my favorite rides. Of course we would take kiddos later on but I think I should get a F&W festival trip sans kiddo.I've already glanced at the allears PG tips.

| Re: WDW while PG? My wife went twice when she was 6 months pregnant with both of our children. We walked a little slower, but she was able to ride most of the attractions except the obvious "do not ride with bad heart, back, pregnant, etc." Splash Mountains was out because your knees are up in your belly and the other mountains and tea cups fling you side to side or around too much. There was only one attraction that surprised us. Kilamanjaro Safari. It moves nice and slow, but it bounces the daylights out of you! Our first son bounced around and used DW bladder as a trampoline ...there aren't any real close bathrooms at the exit either Pirates and the rest of the boat rides were fine. We just avoided all the roller coasters. Just remember to take it easy, go back for a nap every afternoon, stay hydrated, keep cool and swim a little (babies like water even before they are born) |

| Re: WDW while PG? Thanks guys! *IF* I'm PG at the time I'll just be in a group with the adults. I allow the girls to go in small groups and we have check ins during the day. I don't have to worry about keeping up with teenage girls =) |
