That is a very good list. Depends on the toddler, POTC could be on that list as well. My 3 year old nephew LOVES it. Tough To Be A Bug could be scary for some toddlers as well
Attached is a list I put together of attractions for my 2 1/2 year old. I noticed there was very little anywhere on attractions for toddlers 2-3 years old. None of the rides on the list have a height requirement. Many lists were aimed at pre-schoolers, while most toddlers have a shorter attention span and higher chance of being scared by dark rides and loud sounds.

Hi!
I can't seem to open up the file!
We are going to Epcot soon with our 2 year old.
I am so bummed the Living with the Land is not running.
What other attractions would be good?
She does get freaked out by things she doesn't understand.
Would Spaceship Earth be OK? Is Nemo OK with the shark scene?
We had just watched the movie and she did not want to watch the shark.
She didn't get upset but calmly went to another room until it was over.
Thanks!
Sharon
On Seas with Nemo, you will see Bruce, the shark, for a little bit. He is just quoting lines from the movie.
Spaceship Earth would depend on her. My nephew liked it, but he is kinda scared of total darkness as well as going backwards in the dark. But all that he needed was someone to hold him during those times, so that he felt safe. He also had his security item with him, which in his case is a pirate sword.
Another good ride would be the ride in the Mexico Pavilion. I can't think of the name though.

That's a great list. When I had toddlers, we also spent a lot of time meeting characters in the fair in Toontown as well.
What no Goofy's Barnstormer?
Nice job on the list, that's a great thing to do for a lot of people who are not sure what to do or where to go with their young children.

Here is a link to my site that also has attraction recommendations based on age. I also have a page for height requirements.

We hit WDW annually for at 2 weeks since my children were 14 months DS and DD 2 mths. Their is plenty to do and fantastic quality family time.
Haunted Mansion is the best place to put a toddler who is a bit sleepy down for a nap. Dark, moving ride, cool.
They might not get what we get out of the attractions but they still have fun.
