|  New Years at Disney? Hello everyone! I just wanted to hear what it's like during New Years at Disney? I am there for a sales meeting Jan 4-8, so I actually wanted to stay AFTER, but everywhere is booked, so the only other option is before. Thanks! Jenny |

  | Re: New Years at Disney? I think since schools are still out, it makes sense that the rooms would be booked solid. If you can move your vacation a week or two later, once school is back in session, things should thin out quite a bit for you. |

| Re: New Years at Disney? It is crazy but alot of fun at New Years! I have been there twice on New Years Eve. Once as a guest and once as a CM - now that I think about it I was at Epcot both times. There are special fireworks and I remember the parks being quite busy. Pleasure Island used to have a special party going on. I am sure some of the restaurants and clubs at Downtown Disney have something. It has been over 19 years since I was there for New Years. I remember having a great time though. |

| Re: New Years at Disney? Disney has a fabulous celebration at Downtown Disney and I should imagine in The Magic Kingdom as well. One of these days I am going down to Downtown Disney and then stay the night at a resort so I don't have to drive home. You have to book reservations FAR in advance though. They always have fabulous fireworks at Disney so I can only imagine how HUGE they are for New Years Eve. Regards |
