What do you use to record audio in the parks?

We are heading down to WDW at the end of February, and I was wanting to purchase a digital recorder to take some audio in the parks, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. How do they work? Can you just pull the audio off the recorder and convert to mp3? Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

The method I use is pretty easy....all I do I use my camcorder. I use a flip ultra HD and from that I can just go into my video editing software and rip the audio off the clips and do what I please with it. It's like killing two birds with one stone.

I was also going to suggest this method. If that's out of your price range, this is a little more affordable:
Olympus WS 400S 1 GB Digital voice recorder - 1 GB flash

The easiest way if you go for a recorder, is just make sure it records in MP3 format then you can just transfer it right onto your computer and use as you please.
