Has anyone been in WDW the week after the Super Bowl? My sister and I will be down there at that time (next week). I figure their will be an influx of football fans due to the Super Bowl winners coming to the park, if they do it again this year. Anybody been around the parks during this time period? We're really looking forward to this trip, it's our first vacation without the rest of the family.

Yes I have and it was a bit nippy the two weeks we were down there however that is a chance thing.

The parks were not too crowded but at times the MK closed a bit early for our liking. We are not earlier risers, actually night owls.

The only downside to that time of the year, it is a bit like being there during Pop Warner Football. Lots and lots of children gone wild. Pick your hotel carefully, they are normally at the values but sometimes the moderates. Res will tell you what Moderate hotels these groups are booked at.

a bunch of autozoners will be there next week...lol brent won this contest.. so him an all the other autozoners who won all over the US will be there...lol

We'll be at the All-Star Movies, though time at the hotel will be sleep. The downside I'm finding is the lack of open wi-fi, I can't get on my iPod Touch and check Twitter or Facebook to see if Lou might be in the parks. We fly into Orlando on the 7th and leave the 12th, so I think we'll fall in between those events. I guess I'll just have to be on the look-out for the guy looking up and around at the "odd" stuff and wearing the WDW Radio Show shirt to find Lou. I hope to bring back some good video and audio, now that I've also got a mic for my iPod Touch. HM audio track here I come!!!
