Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Question

    Hello everyone,

Is it true that ticket holders for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party can begin to enter around 4PM?

I am trying to organize a short "Christmas" trip in early December. I have been outside all weekend working in the yard listening to Lou's Christmas related podcasts and really want to see WDW during that time of year.

I just have to convince my wife....she is not crazy about the idea since we went to the Polynesian last summer for 5 days.

    Thanks in advance!

I was told that the entrance began at 7 (I think) but the last time I was there, they told me I could enter at 6. Not sure how early into the day they allow you in, as they need to have people posted up front to distribute wristbands. They also have people at entrance to each land with bands, too. I'd call Disney and ask, since the tickets for the Halloween party are already on sale.

well... honestly... after going to the christmas party like 5 or 6 times i can tell you what my family did... we had park hoppers, and we would spend the day in another park like Epcot, and then hop over to MK at like 3pm... around 5:30 they would start setting up... they would have you get a bracelet if you had tix to the the party...

so if you get there early on a reg. days ticket... it is smarter to do that... just start in another park... maybe one you planned on spending only a half day in...

See now, I would disagree with that. I've never seen a point in wasting a park hopper ticket and then pay $60 to attend the Christmas party. I always did the party on a day when I wasn't going to be at a park. Spend it at the pool, DTD, driving to different resorts and exploring... anywhere but at a different park on a ticket!

yes, they start letting you in at 4pm even if you only have a MCMCP ticket. We've been 6 times and this has always been the case.

supernova... i agree with you on this... ( i never paid for the tickets myself...) but my family and i wouldn't go to MK... we would hit something else...

but i agree wasting a ticket isn't the best thing either...
