Traveling to other resorts
We are heading to Disneyworld in September (can't wait)!!! We are staying at the Yacht Club but have reservations for breakfasts at restaurants in other resorts. What is the best way to get to the other resorts, the buses or drive (we will have our car)?
Thanks!
Re: Traveling to other resorts
It really depends on which resorts you want to go to. There are no "resort-to-resort" buses. For example, you cannot take a bus from the Yacht Club to the Contemporary. Driving will usually be your best option, but some resorts require a dining reservation in order to park in their parking lot. If you have a reservation at another resort you should have no problem parking there. From the Yacht Club you will be able to walk/take a boat to the Beach Club, Boardwalk, and Swan/Dolphin. You could also walk to Epcot and take the monorail to any of the monorail resorts by transferring at the TTC. Have a great trip!
Re: Traveling to other resorts
Don't even think about this one, unless your destination resort is on the monorail line and you are at MK or Epcot. Drive yourself since you have a car. It's always faster.

Agree with designbymk, take your car. We have never had a problem parking at a resort even without an ADR when we wanted to do a walk-up or just tour the resort.

agreed:thumbs: (unless you are connected by boat or monorail somehow to the other resort)
